Sales on our website are processed by Paypal. Your credit card will be charged upon completing a shopping transaction. We will confirm receipt of your order within 48 hours.

Most orders will ship within 72 hours. If the bag you order is out of stock we will contact you to see if you would like to wait for it, or if you would like to be issued a full refund.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your item delivery. You must first contact us for an RA number. Merchandise must be in perfect, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. Your purchase will be refunded in full.

The Dante Beatrix warranty covers items against workmanship defects. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
